We are so happy that we found Sandra's Maid Service! We're tried several and this is the best:
- They make a genuine effort to understand what we want done in particular (for example, focusing on specific areas, cleaning our condo balconies)
- Arrive on time
- Write back quickly
- Are friendly.
- Are careful with our belongings ie. don't knock around furniture
Additionally with covid, they have been prepared and respectful. We feel comfortable with their policies.

We have been using Sandra's team for house cleanings every two weeks since 2018. We were initially very impressed by a deep cleaning they provided after our renovation. We had them stay on for regular cleanings and can't say enough about how attentive the whole team is. To start, we wanted someone where we could leave the house as-is before the cleaning, and our family is messy! They come in and not only hit all the marks on cleaning, but also help with organizing all of the things we leave around. Sandra started right when our newborn arrived and was conscious about their cleaning supplies. If we leave fresh bedding out, they will change all of our bedding and start a load of laundry for us. Well worth the money and keeps our household in order!!

We have been using this cleaning service for over a year now and we are extremely pleased with them. We started getting a cleaning service after getting a dog and realizing that we need once in a while mopping. They are extremely friendly with our dog as well!
What I like about Sandra's Maid Service is that the cleaners are always prompt and on time. Duarte communicates via text and is very responsive. They are in and out in 2.5-3 hours and leave the house very clean. They actually listen to our requests for example, if I ask can you pay extra attention to the fridge today? or the tub? they are on it. They always arrange things, if there is a mess, in a way that makes sense. And sometimes provide an extra touch, like putting fresh sheets on the bed (if I have set them out) or finishing up the dishes.
The house always looks amazing on days that they come, and I'm so thankful.

I think it's not that difficult to get a 5 star review: Just clean it like you are cleaning your own house. And Sandra's Maid Service did it today. So they definitely deserve this ranking. Today is the first time I use their service and I'll definitely use their professional service again.
